New Development – Midway 840 Building 2

DCI is excited to continue its partnership with Strategic Capital Partners and PGIM in the development of Midway 840, Building 2 located in Mt. Juliet, TN, east of Nashville and minutes off I-840. This 54 acre site will feature a 632,750 SF cross dock industrial facility with 40’ clear height, 67 dock doors with the potential to add another 50 dock doors, ESFR fire suppression system and other Class A industrial features and specifications. Arco/Murray has been awarded the design build contract with Kimley Horn as the Civil Engineer. Mobilization will take place in early January with delivery scheduled for December 2022.
