Jake Tully serves as Strategic Partnerships Manager for Development & Construction Insight, LLC (DCI), where he supports the firm’s growth strategy through new business development, market expansion, and long-term relationship building. In this role, Jake works closely with DCI leadership to strengthen existing client relationships, grow the firm’s presence in key markets, and support pipeline development aligned with DCI’s strategic plan.
Jake brings a strong background in enterprise sales, account management, and strategic prospect engagement. Prior to joining DCI, he served as an Enterprise Account Manager with Spectrum Enterprise, managing a portfolio of more than 250 enterprise clients. In this role, he collaborated directly with business leaders to understand operational needs, identify gaps, and deliver tailored technology solutions while maintaining long-term contractual relationships.
Earlier in his career, Jake held business development and sales development roles with ChannelAdvisor, ArchiveSocial, and REVGEN, where he focused on outbound prospecting, executive-level engagement, pipeline development, and CRM-based opportunity management. His experience spans commercial, government, and technology-focused clients, with a strong emphasis on disciplined sales processes, relationship cultivation, and consistent pipeline growth.
At DCI, Jake’s responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, supporting proposal coordination, developing strategic partnerships and referral relationships, and representing the firm at industry events and networking forums. He also contributes to the development of internal systems and processes that support business development efforts, including CRM implementation, standardized sales workflows, and market research initiatives. His work supports DCI’s goals of geographic expansion, revenue diversification, and long-term client engagement.
Jake earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a minor in Software Systems. He brings a relationship-driven, systems-oriented approach to business development that aligns with DCI’s owner-focused philosophy and long-term growth objectives.
