Carlos Rodriguez is a Project Manager with extensive experience leading multisite capital projects from early concept and design through construction delivery and closeout. He is known for driving cross-functional alignment, maintaining strong cost and schedule control, and delivering high-quality healthcare and commercial spaces on time and within budget.
Most recently, with Kind Behavioral Health in the Raleigh–Durham market, Carlos managed multiple concurrent capital improvement and new-site buildouts, overseeing portfolios totaling more than $14 million. He successfully delivered over 13 clinics and clinical spaces, leading architects, engineers, general contractors, and vendors through the design, permitting, construction, and occupancy phases. His work included budget development, estimate review, change management, value engineering, and hands-on coordination of RFIs, submittals, and field issue resolution, as well as closeout and post-occupancy support.
Previously, Carlos spent over seven years with Shiel Sexton Company, progressing through roles in project engineering, assistant project management, and project management. He supported and led complex healthcare, education, and multifamily projects ranging from $6 million to $32 million, including active-facility healthcare renovations and large ground-up developments. His experience includes preconstruction leadership, subcontractor procurement, and phased construction planning.
Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management Technology from Purdue University in Indianapolis. He is OSHA 30 certified, a licensed FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, and bilingual in English and Spanish.
