DCI provided guidance from conception to operationalization on a complex multi disciplinary medical facility project totaling 150,000 square feet of clinical space along with a 1,050 space parking deck. DCI assisted with the early project envisioning, through entitlement, design, construction and operationalization.

Getting out ahead of local requirements, DCI liaised early with the local municipality and guided the client through an accelerated timeline, that allowed the project to keep pace with the growing community needs.
Budget-Conscious Designs Optimize Efficient Operations
Working closely with the end users & the design team, DCI was able to guide the floor plan layout to allow the client to standardize the clinics to allow minimize second generation costs when a clinic would need to be relocated in or out of the new medical office building. With the standardization, DCI was able to leverage cost efficiencies throughout the project that allowed the project to remain on budget.
